MY4CUT Business Privacy Policy
Draft, 2026-10-29
1. What we collect
Operators: login account (member ID, name and email from Kakao, Google or Apple), organization name, team invite emails, billing data (cards are held by Toss Payments or Paddle; we keep only the card issuer, masked number and an encrypted billing key), and business details for tax invoices.
Guests: photos and short videos taken at the booth and, if the Operator turns it on, contact details the guest enters with a consent record. We do not identify people by name or face.
Devices: device name, app version, printer and camera status, last seen time.
2. Why
To run the booth, deliver photos to guests and event hosts, take payments and issue tax invoices, and fix problems.
3. How long
Guest photos, videos and contacts are deleted automatically after the retention period the Operator sets in the console; if none is set, until the Operator deletes them.
Payment and tax records are kept for the period required by law (5 years for payment records under Korean e-commerce law).
4. Processors
Google Firebase (storage and hosting), Toss Payments (Korean payments), Paddle (international payments, merchant of record), Netlify (web hosting). We do not sell or share photos or personal data for advertising.
5. Guest rights
Guests can ask the event's Operator to delete their photos, or email hello@myfourcut.com and we will pass the request to the Operator.
6. Operator role
The Operator decides why guest data is processed and how long it is kept. MY4CUT processes it on the Operator's behalf.
