4-Cut Photo Strip Frame Size and Template Specs (px)
The short answer
MY4CUT frames use a 1080×1920 px canvas in the app and 1080×1620 px for printing, with a 480×480 px thumbnail. The largest photo slot is 466×690 px; anything punched outside it shows blank white instead of a photo.
Frame size specs
These are the reference values when you design a frame for MY4CUT.
- App canvas: 1080 × 1920 px
- Print canvas: 1080 × 1620 px
- Thumbnail: 480 × 480 px
- Max photo slot: 466 × 690 px
| Item | Size |
|---|---|
| App canvas | 1080 × 1920 px |
| Print canvas | 1080 × 1620 px |
| Thumbnail | 480 × 480 px |
| Max photo slot | 466 × 690 px |
Why the photo slot matters
Photos are only placed inside the defined slots. If a cut-out is larger than the max slot or offset, even 1 px outside shows a blank white area. Keep shapes 1-2 px inside the slot line.
Download a spec-ready file from the frame template guide, or skip design software and build one in the browser with the frame maker.
Why are the app and print canvases different?
The app screen is tall, while printing uses a shorter ratio. Both are 1080 px wide; the height is 1920 px for the app and 1620 px for print. See the printer guide for printing.
